The product manager holds the heart of the product. How can you save this heart from sure destruction when things move so fast on the web? How can you save yourself from madness in keeping up with what everyone else is doing? How can you keep your organization focused?

Hey everyone, I'm a directory of product management at Socialtext [1] and was most recently the VP Product Management at AngelPoints [2]. I live in the SF bay area and live and breathe product management... I'd absolutely love to host this panel and connect with other product managers out there who are struggling and thriving in their work as more & more development environments are and have been transitioning to agile methodologies.

I "discovered" the agile way years ago with my own company in Austin an refined the ideas there with my awesome teammates. This panel will cover a number of things, including but not limited to:

* How do you make product decisions in fluid teams?
* How do you create and keep momentum with your development team?
* Who is the owner of the process (trick question)?
* Where do the best innovative ideas come from?
* Do product managers even have a place in agile environments?
* And more!

Give me a vote! And come out and hear my music [3] sometime!

Thanks!
- Tracy
