Description:

The small shops Vs. large corps issue will be covered. We'll also be pulling the covers off of how some companies use the licenses as marketing to "embrace the community" while at the same time employing some very anti-community practices. Suggestions are also open via my blog, everyone should feel free to help shape this panel :)

Whurley is the 'in the know' when it comes to open source software issues. You can count on this panel being lively and informative.

whurley's been in Wired, Digg, Slashdot, ZDNet, TalkBMC and on Redmonk Radio. Everyone's quoting him. Let's see him in person at SXSW 2008. Maybe I'll buy a ticket instead of just going to Barcamp to see the indies...
