It's so interesting to see how companies grow and succeed through the strength of their people. Personal branding can profit everybody by showing human and interactive faces to customers and growing happy, engaged employees to keep their businesses successful.

I'm selling private labeled personal lubricants. My wholeseller customer asks for a price. I don't know the manufacturer price of other famous personal lubricants like ID , KY , Wet.. but only their retail prices (www.cheaplubes.com is the cheapest retail ). Is there any thumb rule to guess their sales price to wholeseller. I don't want to give equal or higher price than those famous brands neither want to halt my profit by giving a very low profit margin price. Some claims retail price * 0.4 = manufacturer's sales price (FOB). Do you think that pricing would be feasable for sexshop products since their profit margin can be very different than most common products.
