Rachel's too modest to mention this herself, but ... Cupcakes Take the Cake has been wildly successful at garnering TV, print and online media attention. In addition to telling you "how to do food blogging right" she and her panel can tell you "how to get noticed." Martha Stewart video link: http://tinyurl.com/sxswcupcakes

I recently attended a weekend training event where most of my fellow participants were NYPD cops. Although we had a lot to talk about because of the trauma work we do, the cops, a couple of male cops in particular, were obsessing about - yep, you guessed it - cupcakes! They'd moved into a whole new realm of yumminess experience. And I had a great blog where I could direct them to find out all about the best and favorites in the cupcake world. Who knew cupcakes would be the next best practices in resiliency and emotional self-care?
Do it today!
