Description:

PR professionals and bloggers need to find common ground and work together to develop a better way to correspond with one another. This panel attempts to get thought leaders on both sides of the issue talking openly about how to improve their relationship and ultimately help each other be successful.

It would be interesting to have a panelist who is both a blogger AND a member of the media. I hope this panel makes!

How about Gina Tripani and a person person from her blacklist.

Gina would be high on my list of people to approach for this one :-)

I want to see some young voices as well as 'seasoned' bloggers/journalists. I think we need a mix of brashness and respectability.

The Blogger and Journalist relationship has been under strain more because of ignorance than anything else. This is a great idea and hope it comes to fruition.

Mixing the blogging and PR industries can be a tough endeavor for an individual. Easing the tension between each other and making correspondence simpler, it'll be more of an enjoyable experience for people involved in any way.

Sounds like a great panel. Jason Falls would be another compelling choice!

I would LOVE to attend this panel. I must think about this sort of thing on a daily basis.
