Encouraging a corporate culture can be challenging and there is no rule book for how to do it. Ed's company is pretty amazing in terms of creating a sense of loyalty among a workforce that is almost entirely made up of Gen X and Gen Y, building a team mindset with a single mutual goal and taking pride in having a fun environment in which to work.
