Description:
Dell, Oracle, Microsoft and Virgin were bootstrap companies that were able to get started without raising traditional venture capital. Bootstrapping is not just capital efficient, it has many other positive influences on your business and your potential to profit from its success. Learn why you should consider the bootstrap method and ask questions of a successful bootstrap entrepreneur.

This will be the first time Bijoy and I present the Bootstrap presentation together. It's going to be a blast! You can see the fun slides from my last Bootstrap presentation to the Rice Alliance at http://www.austinpreneur.com/2008/05/austin-rice-all.html

Understanding the bootstrapping method and the benefits to the entrepreneur is very relevant to those SXSW Interactive attendees even thinking about launching their own product or business idea. The knowledge on bootstrapping these two bring to the table cannot be overstated.
