I've only been a Bazaarvoice employee for about a month, but it's already abundantly obvious that Brett Hurt has built an amazing culture. Entrepreneurs would do well to learn from Brett and his panel.

I have had the opportunity to recruit for multiple successful (and not so successful) start ups. Most often the key differentiator to their success and in enabling them to recruit and retain the right caliber of talent for their team is the company culture. That also translates over to the customer base when everyone is motivated and happy to come into work and contribute to a common goal. The importance of the "5 Stars of Culture" at Bazaarvoice has made a huge impact on talent aquisition and community recognition in general. It is a unique work environment where everyone has a passion, energy and drive to be here and is a major reason why Bazaarvoice continues to be voted as one of Austin's Best Places to Work by the ABJ. This is a panel I would definitely recommend at SXSW Interactive given all of the technology entrepreneurs you have coming to this event.
