Nice one Mel. You should get some more women over from the UK to be on this panel. She Says in London have been running amazing events since early 2007 just featuring top female digital talent and have had tons of amazing speakers (http://www.shesays.org.uk/missing-out.aspx). Might be worth dropping She Says a line about this for suggestions.
